Cancellation Protocol
We ask that all appointments be guaranteed by a credit card, gift certificate number, or prepayment. For reservations totaling less than two hours, we ask 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. For services totaling two hours or more, we require 48 hours notice. If full notice is not provided, and your appointments are unfilled, there is a cancellation fee equivalent to 5% of the services reserved. We make every possible effort to fill vacated appointments and avoid a billing. As a courtesy, we make a confirmation call 48 hours in advance of your individual appointment; we confirm two hour+ reservations a week in advance.
We must ask that you assume full responsibility for honoring your reservation. We sincerely appreciate your consideration in honoring our cancellation protocol.
